Shipping and Returns

Production Times

Each and every item we make is a custom, handmade piece of art. Items are made as they are ordered. We work hard to make each order as quickly as possible, while also maintaining the excellent quality that we have become known for. Below, is our current production time based on product types.

• Head Mounts: 4-5 weeks
• Rugs/Blankets: 2-3 weeks
• Loveys: 1-2 weeks
• Crochet Hats: 1-2 weeks

Shipping Times

Currently we only ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. All orders ship within 48 hours of completion (see production times above).

• Orders with in the United States - Arrive within 4-7 days (only available for Continental U.S. and Canada).
• Orders in Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia - Arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks. 

NOTICE: Due to COVID-19,  please expect International orders to be delayed by 1 week. In addition, there have been some domestic delivery delays to areas that have been quarantined.

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships. 

Returns/Exchanges

Below is our return/exchange policy:

• All sales are final. No cancellations.
• No returns.
• Limited exchanges available. Must be exchanged with in 7 days of delivery, and item must be unused.
